\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.27.4″]Recently, one of our brokers, Mark, took on a client who wanted to purchase a new ride for their fun fair. That\u2019s not something we come across every day!<\/span> [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.27.4″]<\/p>\n

Although the customer needed over \u00a350,000, they already owned another fair ride, and was happy to use that as security<\/a> for their loan.<\/span><\/p>\n

[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.27.4″]Of course, Mark was more than happy to take this on, but there were 2 problems. Firstly, the customer was based in Northern Ireland, and secondly, well, they wanted to use a fairground ride as security!<\/span> [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=”The Ins and Outs” _builder_version=”3.27.4″]<\/p>\n

This is something the client was already aware of, having tried to source their own funds, without success.<\/span> [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.27.4″]As such, Mark had to work extra hard to find the ideal fit for his client.
